Introduction

Comparative Constitutional Law is the study of differences and similarities between the law (legal systems) of different countries. It is a separate branch of comparative law concerned with the legal structures and concepts that are typically found in constitutions and analyzed from a comparative perspective. In this guide, you will find some of the Comparative Constitutional Law resources available in print and online format in the Law Library.


Featured Database: HeinOnline World Constitutions Illustrated

HeinOnline's World Constitutions Illustrated enables legal scholars to research the constitutional and political development of every country in the world. It includes the current constitution for every country in its original language format and an English translation, as well as substantial constitutional histories for all countries. The HeinOnline World Constitutions Illustrated database is available only to Campbell Law faculty, staff, and students of Campbell Law. Off-campus access to this database requires logging in through the proxy server.
