Rules and Safety

1. Bikes may be checked out by any student, staff, or faculty on a first-come basis. There are no reservations. Riders must sign the bike roster at the security desk indicating time of checkout and anticipated return.
2. Bikes must be returned on the day of checkout no later than the time of building closure.
3. Each rider will be provided with a helmet which must be worn at all times and a lock which must be used to secure the bike when away from the law school. The helmet has a blinking light that may be activated.
4. Each rider must sign a waiver valid for the academic year holding the University harmless for any injury or accident.
