Library FAQ

What are the library's hours for fall semester?

Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Are masks required in the library?

Yes, masks are required to be worn at all times while visiting the library.

Will library capacity be limited?

Yes, we have moved/removed chairs and blocked off access to carrels to maintain 6 feet of social distance.

Can I print?

Yes, but please limit occupancy in the printer room to two people at a time.

Disposable wooden tools are provided if you prefer not to touch the screen.

How do I get research help?

Virtual reference is available from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday via Blackboard Collaborate.

Can I check out library materials?

Yes. Place a request in the catalog and pick up your item(s) at the circulation desk.

What about books on reserve?

The loan period for books on reserve has been increased to 24 hours so you may take the book home to study. Request the title via the catalog and collect the book at the circulation desk.

Can I book a study room?

Yes, study rooms can still be reserved, but occupancy is limited to one person per room.
